Practice Mission Statement, aims and vision – 2024
At Hartshill Health Centre we are committed to improving the lives of our patients by providing compassionate, caring and person centred care.
Our aims are to:
- Work together, within the practice and with other organisations, for our patients.
- Provide safe, effective and high-quality care that is focussed on our patients
- Promote equality by keeping the respect and dignity of our patients at the core regardless of ethnicity, socio-economic background, gender, pregnancy and maternity, religion or beliefs, age, race, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership or sexuality.
- Seek to understand the individual needs of our patients
- Act with integrity and be held accountable for our actions
- Continuously improve our services through the use of patient questionnaires/ feedback and communication
- Operate on a financially sound basis to encourage sustainability
Staff Vision:
Each staff member’s visions are important to us and we feel that visions will develop and evolve over time, and new ones will appear as our dynamic organisations changes, new services are introduced and when new staff join us.
