Covid and Flu Vaccinations for Care Home and House Bound Patients 2023

Chancery Lane Surgery/ Hartshill Health Centre in participation with Rural Primary Care Network will begin giving Covid and Flu Vaccinations from the beginning of October, starting with our most high risk and elderly patients (over 80s).

Care Home Vaccinations  We will immediately begin to contact Care Homes to make sure appropriate consent etc is in place for vaccinations to be administered. 

We will begin contacting House Bound patients to book their vaccination visit from 26 September. Patients with a vaccination visit booked will be given a number to call should they need to rearrange or cancel their appointment.

Please note that we are booking vaccination appointments for House Bound patients starting with our oldest and most vulnerable patients. If you are registered as House Bound you will be offered your vaccination but if you are younger or lower risk you may need to wait until end of October / November. We intend to complete all vaccinations by the end of November.
