Understanding your teenager
The teenage years can be challenging both for parents and teenagers themselves! But teenagers’ behaviour does not have to be a mystery.
The aim of the ‘Understanding Your Teenager’ 2-hour workshop is to enhance parent/carers relationships with their teenagers by building on parents/carers understanding of teenage development and behaviours. Parents/carers will learn new ideas and techniques to respond and support their teenager in a positive and effective way.
Read what parents have to say about the workshop…
- “It was a nice friendly environment and I found I was able to share and ask questions when required”
- “I was extremely anxious about attending and was made to feel very welcome and felt comfortable to share things. I also liked how they gave examples to help explain this and got us involved instead of just talking at us”
- “Highly recommend the trainers were very knowledgeable”
